I agree. It's really quite sad. Developers have made similar comments before which is obviously out of frustration. To them, it's like someone disregarding years of work for a decision you didn't even make. Which is why I hope the game is still successful.  Personally, while it makes me want to buy the game less, I don't think they lost a sale. The first Metro was not that good imo and I was already cautious with this one. But hope that they get enough sales to justify the hard work, anyways.
