They say the same thing every year ("We heard the players" , "This year will be the best in a while", stuff like that), and we have the exact same thread every year.
Yes, Sony not being at E3 changes things a bit, but it will still be the same thing as usual with a few more multiplatform games on top.
Revealing the next console now would be too early anyway.
