I previously answered question 3 for you. it released on the 25th. At least digitally it did.

The console market is small compared to other major countries. Wii and PS2 did a million each, which should indicate console popularity levels. PS4 and Switch appear to be doing well, so to speak.

I dont think sales figures are ever given directly for Korea. Its such a small market that it is kind of pointless. TloU did sell relatively well according to Sony, but how much I can't find out.
