The game will be good if you are an Action RPG fan and bad if you are a hack and slash fan. I'm very surprised that people are making comparisions to Haze and Liar. Firstly, Haze and Liar did not try to innovate anything and were simply following the trend of there respective genres.
Too Human is innovation in so many ways. I find it hard to believe that this game will suck as many have stated.
Time will tell I guess
