You don't need a PS4 to use PSnow. Right now you can use it on your laptop or desktop.
OK.... I am just gonna say it, you are biased.
I think the difference here is that MS screams about every initiative its taking from the rooftops and on the other hand sony just quietly does stuff and fleshes them out. Its amazing how forward thinking sony has been this gen' but somehow the media at large can't seem to see the connections because sony isn't spelling it all out for them. Just this gen sony went from being that platform with the piss poor online service to being the platform that pushed
Its shocking to me how they arent given credit fr these initiatives. Or how its not obvious t many that sony has long since been laying the foundations for transitioning away from a stand alone box and moving to one that will have a Playstation in every home, be it via a box or via one of its services.

The media has a price. If Sony want every news site screaming from the rooftops about how they are the premier Netflix of gaming service then they need to open their wallet and pay them to spread the truth something tells me Sony will happily go about their business quietly until next gen is announced. Then they'll make waves. It would be cool if this service had 1000+ games and was available in 40+ markets come ps5 launch. Available on your phone, pc and ps4/ps5.

Well, Phil Spencer isn't popular for nothing... All PR, no results, but people love him because he looks nice and talks big. You want to be "great" on the internet? Just say that you're great on the news, people will believe it. |
Yeah we're still waiting to see any sort of tangible results. If the next xbox lunches and sales don't pick up over this gen he's really improved nothing in terms of sales.
