I think the OP worded the question wrong.
Let's say that Hilter is born and everything in his life that turned him into an eventual mass murderer was forcefully set to happen. There's nothing you can do to stop those chain of events. But the only choice you are given is to kill Hitler the moment he is born, before any of those events can take place.
Then would you kill baby Hitler, or let the inevitable happen?
