If you have the power to go back in time there are countless of other, much better options for stopping Hitler. And quite frankly I think going back in time to make sure that Germany doesn't get completely raped in the Treaty of Versailles would be a whole lot more effective, as the consequences of that treaty was a major factor in the rise of the nazi party and the following events.
