no, because baby hitler wasnt/isnt "hitler". he would still be innocent at the time
pre-crime fighting, is a scary thing.
Many actions could stop him from turning into Hitler that doesnt include killing him.
That goes for any murderer. If a parent of a murderer could go back in time and kill their baby, how many parents do you think would take you up on that offer?
I'd imagine they'd try to be less sucky parents and stop their kid from eventually becoming a murderer.
