My Xbox One was about a year and half old, so past its 1 year warranty. Hardly used it. Just used it mostly for movies. It quit displaying. Looked online for solutions, tried a few, called in customer support, was told same things I tried.

They told me to take it in to a microsoft store. I asked how much repair would be before wasting my time. Told the repair for my problem would be $180. Don't know if tax would be one top of that. But I looked on Amazon and I purchased the Xbox One S for like $210.00

I did not fix my xbox one s. It is sitting in a closet, and I went and puchased a 4k blu ray player instead.


Summary: Was customer service good or bad? I guess good. They tried helping and were nice, but hardly want to pay to fix something for the price of basically a new system.
