I posted long ago about how my Xbox broke360  when I tried to take it apart. It was still during the time of the rrod. I told the lady that the damage was my fault and I wanted to cancel gold. She said ", Send it in anyway. They'll probably fix it"...and they did!

Well, I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 digitally for Xbox One. My daughter plays it every time she comes over pretty much nonstop (her mother and I aren't together anymore). I decided it would be nice if I bought her her on digital copy and, a  maybe a month ago I did just that.

Today I picked her up from school and asked if she made any progress. After a small conversation I found out that she doesn't really play video games at her mom's house. WHAT!! That was $60 wasted! Long story short, I got a refund within minutes from customer service via Xbox.com. No questions asked.

A waaay better experience than I had with another company when I accidentally purchased the regular version of Star Wars Battlefront instead of the Deluxe version. They actually accused me of constantly abusing the service despite it being my first time ever asking for a digital refund, not fully downloading the game, and having spent hundreds if tnot THOUSANDS on digital purchases over the years.

Now, guess who has two thumbs and is about to buy Resident Evil 2 Remake for practically free. This guy!
