Its simple, they increased the grind of that 200 tier so you can either grind an ungodly amount of time to hit 200 or pay real world money to pay for your progression.  It is a full retail game acting like a F2P game (Fortnite) using anti consumer practices.

Pretty damn sure I did till they put this crap into effect and I, along with many others, stopped playing and put our money toward more deserving games.
