Whenever you want. I don't judge people on their picture. I don' even think why they picked that picture.
Although technically speaking Christmas is offensive to non Christians and if you look what the world has turned Christmas to with no Santa in some places, pay as well not have a Christmas Avatar in the first place as it is deemed offensive to minorities.
