It's not insulting to ask someone to speak the language I speak, on a forum that has it's majority speaking in English, on a website hosted in an English speaking region.

I couldn't make a word of what he had typed originally, hence why I asked for it in proper English, so I could actually make sense of it. Turning around and taking the piss out of a simple request is a telltale sign of either being offended or losing an argument. I simply asked for the first line in proper English. 

If you want to pick a fight, here isn't the place for that. 

Apart from not seeing what Sunset overdrive as to do with Bungie splitting Activision, I don't feel chazore was losing the argument , I do feel that it came across as an  unwarranted put down due to frustration.
