I never drink them, only milk, a lot of tea and fresh juice. Water remains best though, but tea is the next best thing.

Most people know you can get fat or damage your teeth if you drink too much soda, but most dont realise the acid amounts you take in can actually damage your internal organs too.

Why not? There are diet options or no sugar options lol.
