He's actually right. A 300+ W graphics card which matches a ~ 220 W GPU from an earlier node shrink. Which means Geforce is about twice as efficient as Radeon right now, and that's being generous. RTG will be stuck with 10% GPU marketshare or lower for a long time if this keeps up. Fortunatelly Zen is really good, so AMD's OK.
