Not even remotely realistic. - It's never going to happen.
The Playstation 4 Pro is only marginally more expensive and has twice the GPU power of the base Playstation 4 and sold orders of magnitude less.
A device that is even more premium than that will garner even less sales and thus garner even less developer support and thus be totally irrelevant in the marketplace.
Console manufacturers need to build an ecosystem, that means as much support for every device and peripheral as realistically as possible.
