I think people expecting 16+ CPU cores probably need to re-adjust their expectations.
These are $400 USD boxes... Not $1,000 or $5,000. - Only so much tech you can fit into it.
Expect a single CCX for the CPU.
The GPU side, expect Vega 64 levels of performance, it's the best AMD has... And it's mid-range, perfect for a console.
16GB of GDDR6 is likely the DRAM of choice.
Consoles are all about trying to fit as much hardware into a box that hits a certain price point of around $400-$500, you are not going to get an equivalent High-End PC or a Super Computer because of that fact.
