You're cherry picking. The PS5 release/announcement is going to determine the pace in which it will take PS4 to reach 100m+/Wii numbers. PS5 announces, people are going to hold off on ps4 and console will not sell at the same rate due to that announcement. It's going to hit over 100m, that's a guarantee, but how fast? that's up to when Sony announces PS5 officially. 

What if Sony announces, say at their fiscal year end meeting in April, that for 2019 they expect to ship 14 million PS4's, it'll reach 100+/Wii numbers based on their own internal sales for the PS4 for this year, not on consumer demand or the PS5 announcement.
