Yeah.. . and in 2020 it ll probably do atleast 12m+ so it ends up being 120m+ when the PS5 launches.
Then it manages to sell another 10-15m through out its lifetime after the PS5 release,

Not quite as impressive as the PS2, but still a really good showing.

My own calculations gave me around 130M sold lifetime for PS4, and if you ask me, that's way more impressive than what PS2 did, because PS2 sold a lot cheaper than PS4 after 2003, even selling at 100$ at the end before PS3 launched. And if you count the profits from PS Plus, PS4 is probaly already the most sucessful PS console (profitwise) for Sony ever.

By the way, it was announced 876M software sold for PS4 too, so PS4 is on pace to reach 1500M sold in 3 or 4 more years....
