Probably the most interesting bit of information is the clock speed. According to retailer’s information, Ryzen 9 3800X would boost up to 4.7 GHz, 400 MHz higher than 2700X. <SNIP>
To me, the most interesting one is the 3700X, with 12 cores/24 threads and 4.2GHz base clock and 5GHz boost. That would be a beast. But remember that this is just a rumor because, even though AMD will (allegedly) announce them at CES in 6 days, there won't be press days for briefings, meaning that the launch is still a bit away, which would raise questions such as why does this retailer know so much about them. |
