Rock_On fails because drug testing isn't done by the government of the country that hosts the olympics. Could have at least said something like "China wins the most olympic medals at beijing, in other news, the Chinese government has forbidden entry into their country to any foreigners".
Anyway, a good prediction will be that there'll be a crapper load of athletes who will use olympics as a means to stage their protests against China on Tibet.
