I think 2019 will probably be the Switch Peak year... nintendo consoles usually dont peak in the later years, but in the earlier ones.
PS4 in its 6th year, wont be able to beat out the switch at its peak.

And yeah Playstation has alot of brand trust buildt up in europe, its gonna be hard for others to steal that away.
