My body and hand size is probably a bit above the average NBA basketball player.

You only like the dualshock controller because it has a playstation logo stamped on it =/

Nah, the logo could have been done better.

As I said I am a physical therapist as well as a gamer. From my perspective looking at the normal range of motion of the thumb (MLPP) the playstation lay-out makes more sense. Apart from this, I think it feels weird for many kinds of games to not have both sticks side by side.
