People don't care about the meaning of racism anymore. They only care about the social prestige of calling out "racism" or any other perceived offense or discrimination. Can't wait for this to culminate this year.

Mark my words, by the end of this year you will be called a racist if you only mention your own race or skin color.

Yeah, definetely. It´s what people commonly call "the minority card". People always use it when they want to feel offended or when they can´t get what they want.

At my job, we have very specific rules for sending office supplies for any employee / department who demands them. Not long ago, a certain manager ordered me an inconceivable amount of supplies without previous warning or justification. I correct his order, as determined by the company´s regulation. Frustrated with the reduced supply, she called my superior accusing me of being racist and misogynist (funny, because she´s not even black, she´s mixed, as most Brazilians are) .

Of course, there was no evidence of any kind of discrimination, she just thought that she was above regulations for being a manager. Even more funny is that, three weeks after this occurance, she lost her position as a manager due to lack of commitment with deadlines and regulations.

Gotta love when people accuse people of making sweeping generalizations while making sweeping generalizations themselves.
