Was playing some smash, saw some old VGC people log on, and got a little nostalgic :)
But on topic-- everyone you meet is going to be some of the most passionate people you meet and you're going to get in to some insane conversations/arguments. It will be frustrating, insane, and fun. You'll win some, you'll lose some, but they're all going to be good. Best advice is to not bullshit, just speak your mind. Even if someone disagrees with you, they'll respect you so much for actually having an opinion.
