I've been using the older version of that sound bar for a while now. It's great for gaming and for 4K UHD blurays and standard blurays because of the Atmos. I use it in a minimalist apartment and it works great.

Oh nice, do you have the K950? or the N850? I have never experienced Dolby Atmos before, however everyone I spoke to loves it and apparently it makes all the difference. I am in a small room aswell for the time being and I feel I might not be getting the best out of the N950 if I don't plug in the rears. However even at 5.1 channels sound coming out of 17 speakers all with built in amps sounds like a treat and I can always plug in the rears once I finally move.

I have the K950. It works really well especially in the smaller spaces. I think you will really enjoy your new soundbar. The rears do really add an extra dimension to everything especially if you have them at the correct height and have a flat ceiling.
