Halo Infinite’s Slipspace Engine developed with PC in mind; PC gamers to be treated as first-class citizens

In its recent Stream VOD, 343 Industries announced that the Slipspace Engine, the engine powering Halo Infinite, was developed with PC in mind. As such, the engine will scale on numerous PC hardware systems, though it remains to be seen whether it will be able to take full advantage of the PC capabilities.

I think I will still get Halo Infinite exclusively on Xbox though if Microsoft locks the game to it's own store on PC... I am not adverse to double dipping if they do a Steam release.

That it will be a Windows Store exclusive is a given, like their other big IPs like Gears of War and Forza.
