It shouldn't. If the rumors are true about the specs, Lockhart should be just powerful enough to play games at 1080p that PS5 and Anaconda plays at 4K, with no other graphical downgrades beyond the lower resolution. It therefore shouldn't hold back graphics quality at all, for exclusives or multiplat games. 

Oh I get it now. But still skeptical about the next end-gen games performance.
