I can certify that I had a nightmare of time on the first fight kkk took me a long time to get used to the change in gameplay from other GoW. I can say I didn't enjoy the game much until I got to the part where you can play it more like a Hack and Slash instead of arrow, arrow, arrow, roll, parry, attack I had to use to survive until half game on level 1 because I didn't want to put money and resources on equips I would have to replace later. So until I was able to get the recipe for the best armor before the end game sets I haven't once forged a thing. It was very hard to win against the second "Troll" (the one in the snow gate, with about other 5 enemies), the Dark Elf and very later the pack of level 6 wolves (needed to hit 15 times each to kill while dying with 2 hits). Very punishing game. Still I was even more happy to see my son (started when he was like 3,5 years old and have been playing a little by little for the last 6 months, he already passed Elfheim) enjoying it on Give me a Story. |
