No the wiki page is not updated where as the article uses Phillip Hammond's own assessment you know the very person who was the UK's Treasury Chief.

Duuuude, the wiki page is updated, it shows the GDP numbers from both IMF and World bank in 2017. 2018 is not over yet and we won't get those GDP numbers untill mars-april next year which I thought was obvious.

Read you own source, the article is written Nov 2017. Phillip Hammand is making an assessment based on a IMF forecast for the gdp numbers in 2017 (Forecast = speculation). My wiki link shows the IMF numbers for 2017 and United kingdom is ranked 5 and France is ranked 7. Deal with it.
