That was true back in 2016.

Today France is a bigger econemy than the UK is.
Your 6th place now not 5th.
Also in terms of purchasing power parity (PPP), the UK isnt even in the top10.

With how the £ dropping and brexit, things arnt looking to improve imo.

Wanna link some proof to that? Also I don't think France is doing well losing billions in its 5th week of protest.
