Deliver they will. It is more a thing of if they will raise the quality of their games a lot to reach the standard their competitors in Sony is achieving versus what the bought devs were delivering in the majority. Also the type of game MS will direct they to do, if they will please you or not.
It may be really the point MS decides if they will keep targeting a different market than Sony (focus on less genres and mostly GAAS idea versus diversity and SP focus).
