Don't understand the hate.. Sony knew who they were targeting with this release and folks themselves knew who was going to buy. I bought one for the sheer nostalgic factor as well as hacking it so it can run other games I want it to that weren't included. The mod community is progressing ratherly nicely and soon enough I we'll get a more user friendly mod method similar to hakchi and this thing should blow up. No different from my mini nes or snes. These are consoles I grew up with and for me that was worth the entry price. Yes, you can emulate everything nowadays on anything, but.it makes no difference. Just because I can emulate nes, snes, psx, etc on most my devices, having this little piece of history I can pass down to my 1 yr old boy when he's ready to get into the gaming world justifies it all.
