Lol at the people saying that decades start at X1 and not X0. Sure, and that must be why everyone celebrates the start of a new decade at the 0, and why the new millenium was celebrated in 2000, and not 2001. It was the Y2K bug, not the Y2K+1 bug. I'm aware there are schools of thought that say the decade starts at 1, but the vast majority of the population sees the zero as the new decade, not the 1, and for arbitrary things like this, that's all that matters.
