Yeah. Their entire internet situation is kind of a joke. Possibly the most heavily censored in the world outside of North Korea's "intranet". The government surveillance of it's citizens is of off the charts crazy. Then there's the weird specific tidbits I hear about: Ghost stories and anything with ghosts in it is also heavily scrutinized, and often censored or even banned. And this is one I just found by accident from a BBC article: "The government is also re-cutting many classic Chinese TV series to remove any obvious cleavage." lol. There's worse places to live to be sure, but it's still not a place I'd even want to visit, much less live in.
