Don't mean to do a plug here but a bit of tech I've found that will help as an option for movement, you can do a grounded air dodge that retains the ability for you to direct where you go it takes some practice to become consistent but is a worth while option.

Had to use my laptop to capture this as my capture device died but it seems if you're set up right you can do a grounded air dodge (GAD), in Ultimate you can air dodge in any direction you like and this still applies to GAD. pic.twitter.com/UvBMw8EeEI
