Their gonna use that money to moneyhat devs and pubs - not use them on to lower prices lol.

Of course they'll use the money to buy exclusives. And once they've gained a big enough base of users, they'll no longer need to pay for them.

The question here is how much money they're giving to those publishers to make those games exclusive to their platform.

Yeah, four years, I've edited it, sorry. I'll have to get a new one I guess, though nothing exceptional, just a stop-gap solution.

There's some RX 570s for $149 at Newegg, so perhaps that would be a good choice? Since it was a GTX 970 who broke, I'd be OK with a sidestep for $149.

Sorry to hear that. But a 570, or the 470 that Pemalite has found, should be good choice until you wait for a better card to buy.
