Tumblr overnight changed their whole terms of service that includes the removal and ban of nsfw content of any kind which just so happens to generate 90% of their traffic the second problem is rather than carefully remove content they've employed some lazy algorithm that is flagging and blocking almost every post and I mean even the nsfw ones from simple text to even pictures of a chair, to give you an example the very post from Tumblr themselves declaring the changes got flagged and blocked when it was reposted by people.
