After I get the basics set up (web browser, office software, desktop customization, etc.) I'll start looking into the options you mentioned. If it seems easy enough, I'll be capturing and editing gameplay video as a secondary hobby. I've thought about getting into MMD and 3D animation. If I do, I'm probably going to need video editing software for post editing.
