you are not putting it in pairing mode,,,turn off the headset by holdin the button for 4 sec ,,,then after the blinking is gone(meaning that it's off)hold the button for 8 sec ,,,,then from your PS3 click on search for bluetooth devices,,,,Then you are done,,,,well atleast that's how my Jabra headset works .
