Access to that bonus equipment comes at a cost, however, as New Game+ mode will also serve up significantly increased difficulty.

Rumor: Diablo 4 takes after Diablo 2, but a cancelled version looked like Dark Souls
https://www.pcgamer.com/rumor-diablo-4-takes-after-diablo-2-but-a-cancelled-version-looked-like-dark-souls/
An in-depth Kotaku report on the state of things at Blizzard, and in particular the next Diablo game, has revealed a few very interesting, if unconfirmed, surprises, including that the studio had been working on a version of Diablo 4 that was similar in many ways to Dark Souls. Codenamed Hades, the game was being developed as a hardcore dungeon crawler with an over-the-shoulder view instead of Diablo's traditional isometric perspective.
>> The same Kotaku article also mentions a Pokémon Go-style game based on Warcraft.

The guy who redirected playdiablo4.com to Path of Exile wants people to stop bashing Blizzard
https://www.pcgamer.com/the-guy-who-redirected-playdiablo4com-to-path-of-exile-wants-people-to-stop-bashing-blizzard/
When Blizzard first announced that Diablo 3 would be coming to the Nintendo Switch, redditor Zein had a really funny idea. He went on GoDaddy and bought the URL "playdiablo4.com" and then made it redirect to Path of Exile's website—Diablo 3's biggest competitor. After Blizzard outraged fans earlier this November with the announcement of Diablo Immortal, Zein's little joke went viral. But now he's asking people to stop bashing the developer.

Battlefield 5 machine gunners are learning how to duck in the next patch
https://www.pcgamer.com/battlefield-5-machine-gunners-are-learning-how-to-duck-in-the-next-patch/
The top gunners on Battlefield 5 tanks have a hell of a gun under their control, and play an important role as they deal with any infantry that gets close to harass the tank with explosives. They also die a lot, because they're sitting on top of a large tank with a big gun, making a lot of noise and not doing what they should arguably be doing most of the time: ducking.

A Wreck-It Ralph 2 event is probably coming to Fortnite
https://www.pcgamer.com/a-wreck-it-ralph-2-event-is-probably-coming-to-fortnite/
Wreck-It Ralph has snuck into Fortnite, likely teasing a larger Disney crossover similar to the Thanos event for Avengers: Infinity War. So far, it’s just a cameo, but with Wreck-It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet now on big screens in the US, we might be seeing more of the reformed video game villain soon.

Take a sneak peek at World of Warcraft's new island expedition locations
https://www.pcgamer.com/take-a-sneak-peek-at-world-of-warcrafts-new-island-expedition-locations/
A pair of new islands will hit World of Warcraft’s island expeditions next month, along with the meaty Tides of Vengeance update. Unfortunately, Havenswood and Jorundall both look like pretty gloomy places, so don't expect any beach fun. Joining them are changes to what you’ll be doing in these expeditions, which fuel the war between the Alliance and Horde.
