Yes that's correct. And yes I expect us to fail in the regular qualifiers like we always do. Hungary game yesterday showed us we're still very much able to be a bunch of clowns on the pitch.
Still I think this tournament is our ticket to glory :D
edit. I sure hope Serbia qualifies through regular qualifiers though.
