I'm just going to re-use my comment from thread number 2 on this subject, Sony might think they have nothing to gain from E3 next year. If they aren't ready to talk about PS5 yet no new games to announce leaves only Last of Us 2, Dead Stranding and Ghost of Tsushima left to talk about and what else is there really to say about those games. They aren't going to sell more copies of those games by showing them at E3 again.
