The Blue Mage job will be released in patch 4.5. Players will have a chance to learn new actions after defeating enemies, and that includes learning actions from Summons. The job will be capped at Lv50, and the cap will be raised in future patches. I think the propose of the lvl cap is for beta testing. More info will be released tomorrow, so stay tuned.
