[You say many, but I presume this means "not all".  I would still say that any required voter ID should be free; otherwise it's a fancy poll tax.  Do you support/accept or oppose poll taxes?]

They all could be for all I know. I just didn't say all, because if there was one that wasn't then someone would come in an cherry pick my comment saying that's not true, like you did.

You already ignored my first three paragraphs that make the last one meaningless. An ID costs like $25. If you can't F*cking afford an id, then you should be getting government assistance. OH, and as I said, to get assistance, you need an ID.

And you know what poor people consume more of than people ell off? Alcohol and tobacco. Both which REQUIRE an ID.

Is is a fancy poll tax? No. Life is incredibly hard without an ID. You can't legally get gov't assistance, drive, drink, smoke, have a bank acct, get a job, ect. All those things you need to do illegally without an ID. So pray tell me, why someone would not want an ID. Getting one makes ones life infinitely easier.
