I have been struggling to get any real momentum up with WiiFit - the two week break for the wedding really stuffed things, and of course I put on some weight when OS - although not that much.

I think I'm down 2-3 pounds from when I started - but that doesn't mean much.

...

Even though I'm "working for myself", with my wife still away - I find I struggle to have the spare hour (a 30min "session" usually takes about 45-50min I find).

Playing the balance games more, doing a lot of Yoga (which I used to do anyway) - the real muscle exercises I find intimidating, as they actually require a real workout.

Also struggling to get others in the house to join in (unlike with WiiSports), as its 'real' exercise rather than just a 'game'. Maybe when my girl returns...
