Now that I've beaten the game and have 60+ hours into exploring I can honestly say this is the best game of the last 2 generations.
It's better than TLoU (my previous favorite) and it's miles ahead of anything else of than BotW and maybe TW3.
The game looks amazing on the X1X and once I made some adjustments to the controls, the gameplay is fantastic.
Definitely worth the $60 and should really be played by everyone.
There's a reason it's scored higher on metacritic than any exclusive ever from Sony or Microsoft (with the exception of Halo which also scored a 97) and it's 100% deserving of that score.
I hope CDPR can match or exceeded this masterpiece with Cyberpunk 2077 but until then I can see myself putting hundreds of more hours into RDR2!
