Yay the storm cleared. It was a mission I had unlocked which required a storm, so it just never stopped until I went there, even though the mission start icon had disappeared again earlier.
Btw the arcadia side missions seem broken, I had one I went to last week and it disappeared as it was already getting dark when I got there. It hasn't re-appeared since. I kinda like those photography missions. It seems it was the last one in the line that buggered up, oh well.
I'm still finding new things anyway, so much to see!
