keep in mind that Canada has a border with the States and gun ownership / murder is massively lower than in the USA, to suggest that you're linked to something with a stupid amount of guns would cause you to have guns and homicide then you have Canada which disproves that 100%

If Canada shared borders with the same countries as Brazil, everything would be different, guns and drugs would rain all over in Canada. US, with all problems they have, has a much more prepared police and better laws to deal with this situation than the countries Brazil shares its borders with.
