For the record, as someone in the early stages of hair loss I would not normally make fun of a person for being bald, but uh, he sent bombs to like a dozen people, so eff him :D
It's weird... given his particular strain extremism, I can think of no community where just going full skinhead would be more accepted. It's like bushy mustaches for communists.
